It all begins with an idea.

McKylin hails from Bountiful, UT, and moved to New York to attend the Michael Howard Studios conservatory. He went on to play Benedick in Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ and Dougie in Rajiv Joseph’s ‘Gruesome Playground Injuries.’ Along with appearing in plays, McKylin also performed in ‘Improvised Fresh Prince’ at the frigid theater where he employed his teaching from the Upright Citizen Brigade to lead a group in creating completely original episodes of ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-air.’ Outside of theater he has also written and starred in several webseries and short films, as well as a guest star role on ID Discovery’s ‘Evil Lives Here.’ as well as appearing in the film ‘American Underdog’ as Marshall and starring in ‘Dual Plans’ realeasing later this year.

Through the years McKylin has started to focus on the craft and learning about all the moving pieces that have to work in perfect coordination to tell a great story. A goal of his is to be like the greats before him, from Anthony Quinn to Will Smith, and inspire people. Remind people that no matter what they are going through they aren’t alone and they can handle all trials in front of them with a smile on their face.
